2-1-1 San Diego is a resource and information hub that connects people with community, health and disaster services through a free, 24/7 confidential phone service and our searchable online database. 2-1-1 serves the entire population of the County. The Urban Land Institute provides leadership in the responsible use of land, and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. As the “go to” land use organization for real estate issues in our region, the ULI San Diego-Tijuana District Council facilitates the open exchange of ideas among industry leaders, practitioners and policy makers. The District Council sponsors monthly educational forums in addition to an annual Trends Conference and Smart Growth Awards program.
