COTUCO (Committee of Tourism and Conventions) was established in 1966 as an initiative of the Tijuana Chamber of Commerce and the Tijuana Town Council with the purpose of promoting both national and international tourism in the City of Tijuana. 2-1-1 San Diego is a resource and information hub that connects people with community, health and disaster services through a free, 24/7 confidential phone service and our searchable online database. 2-1-1 serves the entire population of the County. Every hour of every day, someone in San Diego County searches for services, from substance abuse treatment to care for a child or aging parent, food, housing or financial assistance.
The Urban Land Institute provides leadership in the responsible use of land, and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. As the “go to” land use organization for real estate issues in our region, the ULI San Diego-Tijuana District Council facilitates the open exchange of ideas among industry leaders, practitioners and policy makers. The District Council sponsors monthly educational forums in addition to an annual Trends Conference and Smart Growth Awards program.
